10-Week FREE Online Training on Climate Activism
This 10-week training program is designed to equip young people aged 22 to 30 with the knowledge and skills they need to become effective climate activists. The program will cover a wide range of topics, including climate science, climate change, climate change mitigation, adaptation and solutions, leadership, project management, and advocacy.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the program, trainees will be able to:
- Understand the science of climate change and its impacts
- Identify and assess climate change risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies
- Lead and motivate others to take action on climate change
- Plan and manage projects to address climate change
- Advocate for climate action through community mobilization, event management, media relations, social media management, and content management
- Conduct research and write reports on climate change issues
